Greetings and welcome to our new subscribers.
Hi everyone and welcome to all our new subscribers. I hope you are enjoying the blog and finding your way around the site without any difficulty. Some people don’t realise just how much there is to read and watch and listen to, so please explore and see if there is anything else you might find interesting or useful. And if you have any suggestions for topics that you’d like addressed or materials that could be used (eg photographs, videos, songs etc) then do drop me a line.
The site has only been online for 3 weeks but I’ve already had over 700 visits and 32 new subscribers. The interest is mostly in the UK but also in the USA, Australia, parts of Europe, India and Africa. All the comments have been extremely positive so far but do please send me any crtiticism or disagreement.
Global interest is small but still global!
I can translate into to Spanish but don’t have the time. So, if there is anyone out there who would like to translate anything of their choice then I would love to here from you and post it on the site.
My next post will be a play I’ve written called See Me, Jimmy. It’s written in the Glasgow dialect but contains a full glossary, so no need for translation into English hopefully! That should come online either tomorrow (Monday) or the day after.
In the meantime, do please tell your friends about the site. You can share any (or all) of the blogs on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram with a simple click on the home page social media icons.
Enjoy your Sunday!
